The public microsite is a no-login web page for spectators, parents and the press. It shows the tournament's events, brackets, fixtures, today's matches, league tables and the medal tally. Player personal details, contact details and documents are never shown.
Publishing (org admin / host)
- Tournament Setup → Edit the tournament.
- In the Public microsite card, tick Publish this tournament publicly and save.
- A View public page link appears. Share it, or point people to the Public Microsite link in the sidebar, which lists every published tournament.
Untick the box to take it offline again. Tournaments are unpublished by default, and an unpublished tournament can't be found publicly at all.
What visitors see
- Overview: dates, "hosted by", the events list, venues, approved institutes, brochure/rules PDFs, and a Live now list of today's matches without a result yet.
- Each event: the bracket or league table with scores. Athletics events show the medal winners.
- Medal Tally.
Everything updates as results are entered; visitors just refresh the page.
A good moment to publish is once the draw is generated, so teams can check their fixtures without logging in.
