How each part of STMS works, and the order to do things in.
Which step depends on which — from creating a tournament to printing certificates.
Set up a tournament
Create a tournament: dates, registration deadline, venues, entry fee, rules documents.
Add each game/event, pick its format (knockout, league, athletics) and its eligibility rules.
Age, squad size, required documents and cross-event limits — block or warn, with logged overrides.
Registration & entries
Share the registration link, how institutes sign up, and approving or rejecting them.
Enter a team in an event, add players one by one or by Excel/CSV, documents and history.
Entry fee payments and receipts, accommodation/transport/food requests, kit distribution.
Run the competition
Generate the knockout bracket or league schedule, seed teams by drag-and-drop, print the draw sheet.
Add referees/scorers, their qualifications and availability, duty roster and honorarium.
Set date, time, ground, referee and scorer per match — manually or with auto-schedule.
Record results (normal, walkover, disqualified, abandoned), set scores and referee remarks.
Heats and lanes, finals from qualifiers, field-event attempts, relays, meet records.
After the competition
Winners list, medal tally, NAAC export, and bulk participation certificates.
Publish a no-login page with fixtures, brackets, live matches and the medal tally.
