Users
Create admin and referee-scorer logins, edit, deactivate or delete accounts, grant hosting rights.
The Users screen (org admin only) lists every login in your organization and is where you create admin and referee-scorer accounts.
Create a user
- Click + Add user.
- Enter the name and email, and choose the role:
- Admin: full control of every tournament in your organization.
- Referee / Scorer: sees only matches assigned to them, and enters results. Extra fields appear for specialization, phone, qualifications and honorarium rate.
- Save. The password is shown once. Copy it and give it to the person; it isn't emailed. They can change it later under Profile.
Institute logins aren't created here. Institutes create their own when they register for a tournament (see Institute Registration). They still appear in this list.
Edit, deactivate, delete

A deactivated user is logged out on their next click and can't log in until reactivated. You can't delete your own account or change your own role, and an organization always keeps at least one admin.
Forgotten passwords
STMS doesn't send email yet, so the Forgot your password? link on the login page won't deliver a reset email. If someone in your organization is locked out, ask the platform admin to use Reset password for them (see Organizations). Once logged in, anyone can change their own password under Profile.
