Results & Scoring
Reports and certificates are produced from the results already entered — there's nothing to type in by hand. Open Reports & Certificates (org admin / host only).
An event only counts once its final result is in (knockout final, completed league, athletics final or field flight). Events still in progress show as pending.
Winners list & medal tally
- Winners list: the champion, runner-up and bronze for every event. Winners list (PDF)
- Medal tally: gold / silver / bronze per institute, ranked by a weighted score (gold 5, silver 3, bronze 1). Download as Medal tally (PDF), Medal tally (Excel) or Medal tally (CSV).
- NAAC report: one row per participating student (institute, name, class, event, category, age group, level, dates, outcome), ready for NAAC documentation. NAAC report (Excel)
How medals are decided

Certificates
- Open Certificates.
- Under Logos, upload up to four logos (e.g. MKSSS, the host institute, a sponsor). They're printed across the top in that order.
- Under Signatories, enter up to four signatories (e.g. Principal, Sports Director): Name, Title and an optional Signature image. Click Save logos & signatories. After changing logos or signatories, generate the certificates again so they pick up the change.
- Click Generate certificates. One participation certificate PDF is created for every player in every approved institute.
Institutes then download their own players' certificates from their roster pages. If players are added or details corrected later, generate again to refresh.
