Scheduling gives each match from the draw a date, start time, ground, referee and scorer. Clashes are checked as you save.
Before you start
- The event's draw must be generated. Until then the page says "No schedulable fixtures yet — generate the draw first."
- The tournament needs at least one venue. Missing one? Use + Add a venue right on the schedule page.
- To assign officials, they need logins. Use + Add a referee / scorer account on the same page, or see Officials Management.
Option A — Auto-schedule
- Open Games & Events → Schedule on the event's row.
- Click Auto-schedule all fixtures.
Every unscheduled match is placed in the first free slot, working forward from the tournament start date. The slots are 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, 14:00 and 15:30, across all your venues. Auto-schedule doesn't assign officials, so add them per match afterwards.
Option B — One match at a time
- On the schedule page, click Edit on a match.
- Set Date, Time, Ground, Referee and Scorer.
- Click Save schedule.
Clash checks
Saving is refused, with the reason shown, when:
- the ground is already booked at that date and time;
- the referee or scorer is already assigned to another match at that time;
- the referee or scorer has marked that date as unavailable.
The assigned referee and scorer see the match on their own dashboard straight away, and only they (plus the org admin / host) can enter its result.
